April in Asheville is a popular time of year for weddings, coming into spring the backdrop of the area brightens up with flowers and greenery. The beauty of spring draws people in from all over, but be careful how you pack your bags, because sometimes Old Man Winter comes for an unexpected visit.
The week leading up to the wedding was the Asheville spring everyone expects, mild temperatures and sunny skies, and the perfect setting for any wedding.
When the day of the wedding arrived it came as a huge surprise that by the time the sun went down spring became winter and the ground became white with snow. You never know what to expect in April, but a little unexpected snow can create the most beautiful moments.
